1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or engaging Dead River Management for services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Dead River Management provides marketing and AI automation services, including but not limited to lead generation, website design, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, and CRM automation.
3. Subscription and Billing Terms
We offer various subscription plans starting at $97 per month. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the stated monthly fees. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
4. Guarantee and Refund Conditions
Our 30-leads-in-60-days guarantee applies specifically to the marketing leads generated through our flagship Whole River plan. If we do not generate at least 30 qualified leads within your first 60 days of service, we will refund your management fees for that period. A qualified lead is defined as a real person who contacts your business through the systems we build. This guarantee requires that you maintain the recommended ad spend and respond to leads in a timely manner.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining sufficient ad spend budgets (paid directly to the advertising platforms), and responding to generated leads promptly. Dead River Management is not responsible for lost revenue due to delayed client follow-up or failure to close leads.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dead River Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
